💳 Refund & Cancellation Policy – Hacklab Academy

At Hacklab Academy, we aim to deliver the best possible learning experience through our online ethical hacking and cybersecurity training programs. Since our courses provide immediate access to digital content, we follow a transparent and fair refund policy as outlined below.


🔹 1. Course Enrollment and Access

Once a student completes payment and gains access to our digital course materials (videos, e-books, or labs), the purchase is considered final.


🔹 2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:

  • The student was charged twice due to a technical error.

  • The student did not receive course access after a successful payment and has reported the issue within 7 days of purchase.

In all other cases (including dissatisfaction with course content or incomplete usage), refunds are not provided due to the nature of digital delivery.


🔹 3. Cancellation Policy

Since course access is provided instantly upon payment, cancellation is not possible once the payment has been processed.


🔹 4. How to Request a Refund

If you qualify under the above conditions, please contact us at support@hacklabacademy.online with:

  • Your full name

  • Payment receipt or transaction ID

  • Reason for refund request

Once verified, eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via Razorpay or your original payment method.
